Return & Exchange
-Please make sure you are completely sure of your purchase.
-All the Victorian Winter Doll orders are CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable. In the case of returned product due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case, Victorian Winter Dolls will issue a refund.

Goods damaged in delivery / defective goods
- If items have been damaged in delivery or you have received defective merchandise, customers must contact Victorian Winter Dolls within 7 days from receiving the package.
- Information such as order number, date of receiving the order and photographs of damaged/defective items are required.
-You may only send back the defected or damaged part.
- Processing depends on the nature of the defect or damages. We will provide to you with information and instruction after receiving a request from you. Please do not return the item before contacting us.

- All Dolls are handmade, so naturally small flaws like Bubbles or specks will occur. We do not issue refunds due to this.
-In rare cases the resin used for the wings will inflate in little bubbles on the inside. The reaction is due to humidity and temperature when it was made and during the curing process. If this is to happen, please contact us with a photo, and we will replace the wing. Customers must pay shipping and handling.
Missing item in delivery
- If any item is missing from the order, customers must contact Victorian Winter Dolls within 7 days from receiving the package.
- Information such as order number, date of receiving the order and photographs of all items and boxes you have received are required.

Requesting exchange
- For exchange request, unless the wrong item has been sent by our mistake, shipping fees for both to and from Victorian Winter Dolls are customer's responsibility.
